Here is a short summary of the key benefits this integration will bring to your business:
Streamline Sales Order Management
Sweet reduces the time needed to manually enter, process, and track orders. Sweet also improves the efficiency of your production and/or operations teams by automatically generating packing list and invoices. With orders syncing automatically to QuickBooks and your shipping application, Sweet helps reduce manual human errors. Now, you have more time to focus on what’s most important: growing your business.

If your business uses more than one sale channel, Sweet streamlines order management by allowing you to manage multiple sales channels on a single platform. With Shopify, all your orders will be synced directly to your inventory, accounting and fulfillment operations in Sweet. Allowing Sweet to centralize your sales channels will result in a more organized and efficient workflow.
Advanced Inventory Management
Once an order is created in Shopify and is synced to Sweet, your stock levels in Sweet will adjust to reflect the changes in inventory numbers in real-time. With up-to-date information available at all times, you can greatly reduce or, potentially, eliminate any stock-out situations. This is crucial especially if you have one stock location for all your sales channels.
